Dato’ Dr. Proom Promwichit DSPJ, KMN, B.Sc.(Hons), M.Sc. Ph.D (Dundee)
attained his M.Sc. Ph.D in Safety/Health Physics from Dundee University. Dato’ Dr Proom dedicated his 34 years of faithful service with University Kebangsaan Malaysia as an Academic Officer. He was a former Professor of Nuclear Technology in Medicine and Former Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) of UKM.
Dato’ Dr Proom’s expertise in the area of Nuclear and Radiation Safety / Health Physics / Radiation Biophysics Applications of Nuclear Technology in Medicine, Industrial and Hospital Safety and University Education Business has given him wide opportunity to share his passion and expertise to individual with similar interest. Dr Proom has published numerous scientific research papers in our local and international journals. As an Academician, Dr Proom continue to render his consultancy and expertise in learning, training and education. He was one of the instrument in successfully upgrading Masterskill College of Nursing and Health Sciences to University status.
Mary Lourdes
obtained her early career as Front Desk Executive at Royal Casuarina Hotel, Ipoh Perak. Realizing her full potential and wanting to excel in her career, she moved to Kuala Lumpur to take up an offer as the Executive Secretary in highly diversified conglomerate which made her attained her Double Diplomas in Management and subsequently persevered to pursue her dream Degree program in Business Administration at Ryerson Polytechnic University, Ontario Canada where she was graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors Honors in Business Management.
Mary Lourdes attained 30 years of “hands on experienced” in the area of Human Resources, Training, Office Administration, Quality Management covering Manufacturing, IT, Hospitality, Education for local SME to multinational companies.
She is also a Certified Train the Trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) and Certified Lead Auditor - Quality Management Systems.
Azizah
holds a Master Degree in Thermal Power Engineering from Imperial College, University of London and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University. Azizah has 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. She was instrumental in the development of Ericsson’s managers through their coaching and mentoring programmes for high potential individuals in the establishment of Ericsson Academy Sdn Bhd, a centre for technical and management development for Asia Pacific Region.
Azizah is highly motivated and passionate coach, facilitator and trainer with extensive international experience. A individual she brings each training session to life with a mixture of professional delivery skills, work experience and practical content. She is a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) and a PSMB approved trainer.
She is a Certified Coaching and Mentoring Professional (CCMP) which includes ”The Certificate in Performance Coaching”, a certificate that is recognized and approved by ICF (International Coaching Federation) as well as “The Certificate in Advanced Coaching and Mentoring”. She believes in bringing out the potential within each individual capitalising on her coaching and mentoring skills and has clocked many hours of coaching both locally and internationally.
Vignes
Vignes is an experienced corporate trainer and management consultant. He specializes in the areas of Hospitality Communications, Personal Development, Corporate Culture, Customer Service, Guest Relation, Hospitality English, Leadership and Industrial Relation related programs. He has a total of 20 years of experience in Human Resource, Hospitality and Training Industry. To date he has personally delivered more than 300 training programs with participants comprising managers, executives, supervisors, clerical and support staff.
